Meet Allyns.

Allyns Melendez brings over 25 years of experience in human resources and business management, establishing herself as a sought-after speaker on a wide array of topics including leadership, workplace behaviors, change management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, and strategic HR management. She is a certified analyst for two workplace behavior platforms and a certified leadership and flow coach, having completed advanced courses in Leadership Strategies and Neuroscience for Business. As the founder and CEO of HR Transformed, Allyns also serves as a Professor of Continuing Education at Temple University and holds advisory positions on the Professional Advisor Committee at SUNY College of Optometry and as Board Secretary at the East Fishkill Soccer Club.
