After earning a BFA in Theatre Education and Acting from Emerson College, Jordanna co-founded a digital media platform in the theatre industry, Theatrely, in 2021, where she discovered her passion for Human Resources. Since then, she's worked in the non-profit sector, leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for dozens of employees and optimizing existing processes to increase operational efficiency at PowerPlay NYC. She is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, creating positive company culture, and collaborating across teams.
