allyns melendez, ceo & founder

Allyns has 25+ years of human resources and business management experience, a Master’s in Business Administration from Temple University Fox School of Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & HR Management from Kaplan University, is a certified analyst of two workplace behavior platforms, is certified in Human Resources Studies from Cornell’s ILR School, a certified leadership coach and completed courses in Leadership Strategies from Harvard Business School and Neuroscience for Business at MIT.

With a passion for human capital and business strategy, she helps businesses understand the necessary tactics that will help develop, train, educate and motivate their employees. Allyns currently serves as CEO at HR Transformed, COO at a national public relations firm and is a Professor of Continuing Education for Temple University. She is fluent in English & Spanish and is conversational in Polish. Allyns lives in Hudson Valley, New York with her husband and three children. On her free time, she enjoys cycling, pilates, dance, cooking and rock climbing with her kids.

 

genevieve de Gaillande, CHIEF of staff

Genevieve helps keep our team running here at HR Transformed!

She has spent the majority of her professional career specializing in operations. She began as a film production manager in Los Angeles and has since gained over 15 years of experience in education management, with a focus on the charter school sector. Genevieve has presented at charter conferences and has also been published in academic journals. Her happy place is assessing and creating policies and systems, with a strong emphasis on compliance.

Genevieve holds a BA from the University of California, San Diego. She currently resides in upstate New York, where she enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children and a lively puppy.

Brenda, a York University graduate, has seamlessly transitioned her organizational and leadership skills into a thriving career in HR and marketing. Her journey began with a strong foundation in education, which paved the way for her to excel in corporate environments. Brenda’s expertise in HR is multifaceted, encompassing recruitment, policy formulation, and employee development. She played a pivotal role in establishing an HR department from the ground up, showcasing her ability to adapt and innovate.

Today, Brenda enjoys creating efficient checklists, comprehensive handbooks, and meticulous documentation. As an HR generalist, she skillfully manages client relations, bringing a strategic and personable approach to every interaction. Her commitment to HR is paralleled by her role in managing her family’s restaurant, demonstrating her versatile leadership. Brenda’s ambition and dedication continue to fuel her growth in the HR landscape.
